Dr. Meera K L is a finance professional with over 20 years of experience in the non-banking finance sector, general administration, and finance functions as well as teaching. She started her career as an assistant manager in a Mumbai based non-banking finance company. She happened to work as a MIS head with a large industrial gases manufacturing unit in New Delhi as well. Meera entered business academia after a rewarding career stint as an industry professional and has served as a faculty at IBMR Business School, Noble School of Business, Dayananda Sagar Business Academy and as an HOD of BCOM at The Oxford college of Business Management, IQAC Coordinator at Jain University, Bangalore and currently working as IQAC Coordinator at Dayananda Sagar Business Academy. She is a trained teacher under the Cambridge teachers and trainers program. As a faculty, Meera believes in a student-centered approach in the classroom and engages students in creative and challenging ways while ensuring that teaching effectiveness is based on rigor and relevance. As true mentor, she actively involves herself in student affairs, plays, and active role in the professional development of students.

She has published a number of research papers in ABDC, Scopus and Web of Science. Apart from a passion for teaching, Meera is keen on research in Investment avenues for middle class investors.
