                  Youth Empowerment & Skills workshop (YES!+), a powerful life-skills program designed by Art of Living International Centre, accelerates all-round excellence of every individual. YES!+ coupled with Yoga and Meditation, provides participants an opportunity to develop healthy body, healthy mind and healthy lifestyle through practical tools and life skills which help manage stress and emotions. Outbound Training

                  Outbound Learning is a training method to enhance individual and team behaviours, through outdoor activities and experiential learning methodology. Outbound activities are designed to improve leadership qualities, non-verbal communication skills, performance planning, change management, teamwork and motivation. Groups of students are taken to a nearby rocky terrain in a thinly populated region for overnight adventurous camp. Students are divided into teams and the activities planned aims at experiential learning, enhances confidence and overcome mental blocks among participants. The adrenal pumping activities are a combination of thrill, excitement and fun. Some activities that are conducted challenges the participants’ analytical and problem solving skills, helps develop a feeling of comradeship and encourages team bonding. Students build their own tents and stay in these temporary shelters overnight thereby experiencing the wild during the night and also overcome fear in a supervised environment. Students enjoy campfire, dancing and cooking during the night. Activities during the camp such as Morning walk, Rappelling, Zipping and Jumarring, Trekking, Chimney Climbing etc., and creative team building activities enthral students.
