Ms. Bhumika Jain, Senior Associate –Wadhwani Foundations & Consultant – NEN from Regional Office, Bangalore, took a session on “Introduction to Entrepreneurship” to introduce the first year students to Entrepreneurship.as well as recount the Myths and Facts related to Entrepreneurship.
An interesting discussion cum debate on why Entrepreneurship is important and how it can be achieved was also part of the session.
Ms Jain motivated the students by sharing success stories of individuals who have gone places using their instinctive entrepreneurial skills. In particular, she took the example of Mr Phanindra Sama, cofounder of redbus, narrated his startup story and the challenges he encountered. Students were spellbound listening to the inspirational narrations.
