Technical Analysis Session for final year students

Mr Rahul Dhawan conducted ‘Technical Analysis’ session for the final year BCom and BBA students on 4^th August ’17 on the IV floor Seminar Hall between 2:30 pm and 4 pm.

Mr Rahul Dhawan has amazing credentials - Former Senior Domain Manager at Infosys, Benchmark Advisor at The Hackett Group & Former-Head-Equity Research at SKP Securities Ltd. He studied Business Management at IISWBM.

The trading session helped students get a basic understanding of how stock markets work. Technical analysis helps predict movement of stock prices.

He also conducted a mock trading session in the classroom .Students involved themselves in the trading process. For buying and selling stocks; the students were given virtual money. This helped to assess one’s behaviour to stock market fluctuations and know what kind of an investor one is.

               

The one-on- one session on technical analysis gave an insight to the students about the way an original stock market works!
