Inter Class Sports Meet at DSBA

“Sports do not build character, they reveal it”
Sports play a major role in physical, mental and social development of students and so the Sports Club of DSBA conducts sports competition every semester. Interclass Sports Competition was conducted in the sports arena on 28 Jan 2017 between 10 am to 4 pm. The event was coordinated by the Sports Coordinator Prof Prakasha.
The sports events conducted in the college campus were as follows:
Boys:
1. Cricket [1 team of 7 members from a class]
2. Badminton [2 teams consisting of 2 members each from a class]
Girls:
1. Throwball [1 team of 7 members from a class]
2. Carom [1 team of 2 members from a class]

Zealous students from every class competed in different categories wholeheartedly and showed their prowess. Non participants were also present and rooted for their classmates.
While the competition was on, the mood on the ground was fiercely competitive as the teams strived hard to win and thereby made a spectacular show of grit, skill, valour and zest.
The umpires for the events were Prof Nagaraju, Prof Hari Krishna and Prof Prakasha.
