CIL Training on Team Work and Interpersonal Skills

CIL [Centre for Innovation & Leadership] conducted training for the III Semester BCom Á on 9th July’18, BCom ‘B’ and BCA students on 10th July’18 and III Sem BBA students on 31st July’18 at G-05, Management Block during the college hours.

The topic was ‘Team work and Interpersonal Skills.

The sessions were conducted by Mr Sonesh B, Mr Deepshik Shekar and Mr Michael.

    Mr Sonesh B is a proven leader with extensive experience in sales, marketing, vendor negotiations and management at the senior executive level. He offers expert level skills in change management and problem resolution.

Mr Deepshik Shekar is a verbal and placement trainer and is associated with Seventh Sense People Development Solutions as a Communication and Soft skills Trainer. His focus as a trainer is on soft skills and verbal ability.

Mr Michael has a total of 25 years expertise in India and abroad spanning Retail, Hospitality and BPO. With a proven ability to develop and strengthen management teams in order to maximize company profitability with everyone associated, his areas of expertise lie in Customer Experience, Human Resources, Training and Development, Business Development, Content Writing and Legal.

   

This program was highly interactive, participative and experiential. The trainers emphasized on promoting team spirit, cooperation, and open communication, overcoming barriers,

effective interpersonal communication, active listening and responding and resolving conflicts.

The icebreakers and activities provided an opportunity to practice skills in team building & interpersonal competence.                                                   

Students felt energetic after the training and found it extremely insightful, thoughtful & inspiring.
