CIL Training on Personal Effectiveness

CIL [Centre for Innovation & Leadership] conducted training for the students of I Semester BCom Á on 4th September’18, I Semester BCom ‘B’ on 5 September’18, I Semester BBA on 6 September’18 and I Semester BCA students on 7 September’18 at G-05, Management Block during the college hours.

The topic was ‘Personal Effectiveness’.

The sessions were conducted by Mr Michael Johnson.

Mr Michael Johnson has a total of 25 years expertise in India and abroad spanning Retail, Hospitality and BPO. With a proven ability to develop and strengthen management teams in order to maximize company profitability with everyone associated, his areas of expertise lie in Customer Experience, Human Resources, Training and Development, Business Development, Content Writing and Legal.

 The interactive session conducted by Mr Johnson included various attributes of personal effectiveness- importance, adaptability, goal setting; planning, organising and time management. Activities conducted in the noon session also emphasized on the topic. At the end of the session, students were given an Attitude self-assessment test- This short quiz helped them to assess their self-esteem!

Students’ found the training session enjoyable and learnt lots from it. It left them with a real feel-good factor.
