One realised at the end of the ‘Personality Development’ sessions as to how important it is to develop one’s personality. With the help of discussions, talks and activities, the trainers helped us comprehend and drove home a point that personality development grooms an individual and helps him/her to make a mark of his/her own, it goes a long way in reducing stress and conflicts and develops a positive attitude in life. The emphasis on communicative skills helped us realise that it develops professionalism, is essential for a successful future career and they are the most sought-after quality of an educated person.
