Iftar Celebration 2019

The Prophet Muhammad said “Whatever is prayed for at the time of breaking the fast is granted and never refused.”

 

Celebrating cultural/ religious festivals in academic institution serves as a great learning experience for all. The vibrant festivals when celebrated, bring people closer and create a strong bond and unity.

To appreciate and respect India’s rich cultural heritage and to reinforce the national spirit and pride among the institution’s fraternity- comprising of students, teaching and non-teaching faculty, various festivals are celebrated throughout the year at the campus.

Ramadan is a very sacred month of joy and blessing and the benefits accrued in this month remains throughout the year.

On 3rd June 2019, DSBA witnessed a bonhomie between the staff when they gathered for an Iftar at the Principal’s chamber. Prof Nikitha Sreekantha, HOD was also present on this holy occasion. Dr [Brig] Sandes, Principal presented a bag of sweets, dry fruits and assorted fresh fruits to Prof Nazeer Pasha and wished him a blessed Ramadan.
