One must demonstrate one’s value systems and walk the talk which requires one to be a leader of oneself! To lead oneself, one has to be led by consciousness and in alignment of universal consciousness to reach the peak level. Leading self involves first becoming aware of life, self and purpose and then aligning self, managing self and leading self for a meaningful, fulfilling and happy life.

Ms Archana suggested to the students about how to become a conscious leader; To connect with people-to name a few, it’s necessary to have active listening skills, engage eyes while hearing and speaking and spreading positive vibes.

Further, she told students, ‘Do not rush with time, be who you really are, not what system makes to be, have focus and clarity!’ She also asked questions such as – Why are you here? Are you living? Do you know what is life? Do you know who you are? And so on. She answered each of those questions with remarkable answers. Motivational quotes and videos were intermittently shown during the session. She ended her talk by citing the character traits seen in exceptional leaders and lastly told the students the way they must educate themselves.
