Program Objective: To enhance the learner's communication skills by giving adequate exposure in LSRW-listening, speaking, reading and writing skills and the related sub-skills.
Student Learning Outcome: Students will be able to communicate effectively orally and in writing; develop knowledge, skills, and judgment around human communication that will facilitate their ability to work collaboratively with others.

The trainers for the sessions from Proedge Skill Development and Edutech Pvt. Ltd were as follows:
Ms.Ankita Bhatia is a Soft Skill Trainer, Voice Coach; Communication & Language Facilitator .She has a Bachelor's degree in English and is a competent individual and a result oriented professional with nearly 8 years of experience in Soft Skill, Voice and Accent, Language Training and Personality Enhancement Sector. She is currently working with IBM India Pvt Ltd as Lead Language Trainer for Communication Vertical/ New Hire Trainer/ Floor Coach/ Voice and Accent Recruitment Panel.


Mr. Prem Kumar M. P. has a diversified experience of 13+ years in total out of which the last 9 years has been in Learning and development and the past experience has been in blend of Sales, Customer support and behavioral training for over 10000+ individual. He has a B.Sc degree along with Diploma in Human rights education and a number of certifications .He is pursuing MA in Clinical Psychology. Currently, he is working as an Independent training consultant (Behavioral).
Mr.Roshan Hamdan has an MA in English Literature and has been working in various fields - soft skills, business communication, and personality development in the IT & ITES industries in the past 7 years. His key competencies are communication skills, client-relationship skills and project management skills.

Writing Skills-How to make writing communicate, common grammatical mistakes and how to write effective emails

Professional Grooming and Etiquette-Tips to professional grooming and ten basics of business etiquette
Reading Skills- Steps to develop good reading skills

The trainers tailored the communication skill activities to suit the students' specific key learning concepts; for the students it became a blend of learning + fun. In addition tips, techniques, exercises, games, and other activities that were conducted gave an opportunity to students to learn more about effective communication, helped guide their interactions with others, and improved their communication skills.
