Dayananda Sagar Business Academy had organized CIL Training Programme for the class of Second year BBA students on 24^th NOV 2021. The training was conducted in the campus from 9.30 AM to 4.00 AM.

Prof. Hemavathi.S introduced CIL trainer MR. PREM, MBA. MR. PREM has completed his MBA and has 7 years’ experience of corporate field.

Mr. Prem began the session by giving introduction to various job opportunities in different sectors and creating a resume as well as passport details for the benefits of students future.

The trainer mainly spoke about communications skills, how to develop our communication skills, effective and ineffectiveness of communication, difference between hearing and listening, 7C’s of communications which was very much useful.

We had two session, in the Morning session- there were various activities which were based on hearing and listening, coordination and team spirit which was useful to know how important it is to listen , observe and understand the speaker. He gave us a view of corporate world. In afternoon session- there were art of communication which is based on the creative and innovative ideas like to create our own team logo and explain about it.

We thank our college for conducting a wonderful training session based on communication skills. This session was very useful and knowledgeable. We learnt mentally and physically which was very informative regarding communication skills.

We once again thank MR PREM KUMAR for sharing his experience and training us with valuable inputs about communication.
