NDTV MEDIA COVERAGE of DSBA CAMPUS

Due to the second wave of COVID-19, All the colleges remained shut for the past couple of months. With the vaccination drive in full swing the government of Karnataka assessing the situation decided to reopen the Colleges. We were privileged to have a Media coverage by NDTV's Maya Sharma.

The Colleges in Karnataka have returned to life - with students returning back to campus last week as the state had lifted much of its Covid restrictions. Due to the second wave of COVID-19 virus colleges had remain shut for the past 4 months. All of the teaching were online through zoom or other video conferencing platforms.

Most students sounded eager to have direct interaction with their faculty and NCC Cadets actively took part  in organizing the NDTV Campus Interview. They were happy to be in the campus and switch to offline classes. there were precautions which had to be taken as all the staff and students had to be vaccinated before being allowed to join physical classes.

Students were relieved to see that all the necessary COVID-19 prevention protocols were being followed. Emphasis was given to social distancing and compulsory wearing of masks. Hand sanitizers were placed throughout the campus. Students were happy to see that college is taking all the necessary steps and precautions.

Teachers were thrilled to have students back on campus, The safety of students was their priority concern. All of the teaching staff were vaccinated. The teachers were confident in conducting the classes offline as all the precautions had been taken.

It was a Happy sight to see everyone excited and eager to return back to campus.
