On the 24th June 2022,HR club at DSBA Conducted the event during the College Hours.
The event was held In ‘M' Block seminar Hall between 2:pm to 3:30pm . It was an interactive session among resource persons & Students.
The session started by welcoming guests, Faculties and Students.
Varshini. M the president of HR club, gave a brief introduction about a resource person, Ms Keerthi Venkatesh.
The session was presented in an enthusiastic way. The content can be related not only to specific but also daily Situations.
Ms. Keerthana Venkatesh had a great presentation Style with lots of Opportunities to ask questions and talk about real life examples which all made for a really enjoyable & Informative session.
The session was Interacted with ‘DO I KNOW YOU’? Activity, where two Students, Who don’t Know each other should write their perceptions about each other.
Ms. Keerthana explained the Topics like wt is perception?, perception vs Reality,
Importance of DEI & How DEI can help reduce Discrimination etc..
Mr. Ramprasad, The cofounder of NHRWA Spoken a few words about the session, by asking Q&A with Students.
Later, Token of appreciation was done by Prof. Sanjeev.
The end The session ended with, the vote of Thanks given by Suraksha R Shetty coordinator of HR Club.
