On the occasion of world environment day 2022 . Dayananda Sagar Business Academy celebrated vanamahotsava on 6th June 2022 at kaggalipura community Health centre. Nss Program officer:Prof.Rajani mam guided in planning the event .“NSS wing of DSBA” helped in bringing the saplings to the college.
Transportation was arranged by the college. Lunch was provided. Nss volunteers formed 5 groups each with 5-6 volunteers.
Each group were given 3-5 Saplings to plant. All the groups successfully planted 15 Saplings in the hospital premises.
Dr.Veena -Principal, DSBA, Dr.Radha - CHC Kaggalipura,
Prof.Sanjeev -DSBA also participated in the event. The volunteers also briefed about the importance of planting trees ,it’s uses, benefits of the plant.
Nss wing observes the whole week as environment (green) week with “Only One Earth”theme and made this event successful.
