Mythrayi has completed Bachelors of Architecture from DSCA, Bangalore and Masters in International Planning Studies from University of Glasgow, United Kingdom. She is a researcher under the Heritage Science and Society Programme in the School of Humanities at the National Institute of Advanced Studies, Bangalore. Her research interests are in the fields of Urban Planning and Policy; Heritage and Cultural landscapes; and Geospatial Analytics.
