DSBA organised an MBA preparation seminar for the final year undergraduate students by Mr. ARKS Srinivas on 1st February 2018.The session was from 01:30 pm to 04:00 pm and was conducted in G-05.
Mr ARKS Srinivas is the CEO (MBAGroup) at CL Educate Ltd and an alumnus from IIM, Calcutta. Besides, he has a BE [ECE] from Osmania University, Hyderabad & Marketing Majors from IIM Calcutta. Constantly dabbling in newer ways to reach out to audience in his experience of over 20 years in the Education field, he is one among the first to use VSAT technology and Pioneered Live Online Training for Test Prep across various products and geographies. He brings a wealth of experience of academics and business both from perspective of student and a business owner. As CEO VistaMind, he has led VistaMind into a strong position in the CRT business working with over 65 colleges and Universities in the South. Above all, Mr Srinivas is legendary teacher and great motivator who has successfully mentored thousands of students to success.
Mr. Srinivas briefed the students about various careers opportunities that are available for the students pursuing BBA, BCom and BCA. He clearly gave an overview of the opportunities available with MBA and the kind of preparation required for getting into top business schools in India and abroad. He continued his discussion while answering the following questions: What main subjects do exams like CAT, MAT and other MBA entrance exams focus on? How to prepare for these competitive exams? And what is the eligibility criterion to get into top B-Schools across India?
Career Launcher also provides tutorials for various competitive exams such as GRE, GMAT, Banking and other government exams etc. Career Launcher encourages students to take up MBA Talent Hunt Contest so that aspiring students get an idea about CAT examination.
Students submitted the feedback forms and the session concluded with few interested students registering for the contest.
