The BFSI program was started on 9th February 2023 with an orientation conducted by Mr. D Vishnu at our college auditorium. In the orientation the have given clue of certification and the benefit of attending the training program during placement for better prospectus.
The program was started on 13thfebrury 2023. It was a wonderful training program organized by the BFSI institute and the resource persons bestowing the training were Ms.Roopa and Ms Radhika.
Trainer Ms. Roopa have given a brief description about Communication, inquisitive in communication and also had Chinese whisper to give a brief idea on communication gap. These classes were held for three days and taught us the way of self-introduction in front of many people as well as in interview. Mam also explained the procedures in preparation of PPT slides and also, she told us to take a topic of current issues and make a presentation with a group of five members and after presentation is done, she gave a guidance and important points to each person to implement the presentation, Skills. She taught us the types of communication with an activity and also a leadership skill. The session was useful and helpful and she managed the class with lots of patience.
Later the classes were handled by Ms. Radhika mam. She has given brief description about banking and Stock market and thought us in analyzing the stock graph using technical analysis and fundamental analysis of the company. Later She has given assessment (MCQ question) related to banking stream and also, we discussed about the current case studies. Classes were filled with lots of fun activities and also, she conducted debate competition among students on contemporary topic. Totally she engaged the students by incorporating subject, fun activities and excellently managed the session by reading our minds precisely
At the end of training Program session, Ms.Radhika mam honored with a memento by the principal Dr. Veena mam on behalf of Dayanand Sagar Business Academy.
