Team Work Interpersonal Skills- By CIL

Dayananda Sagar Bussiness Academy had organized a training programme on Team work and Interpersonal Skills. The CIL training was held on 19th may 2023 from morning 9:30AM to afternoon 3:00PM.

MORNING SESSION:

By 9:30AM all the students are assembeld in the classroom . Miss.Chaithanya started coordinating the class by 10:00AM .

The session started with introduction of miss.Chaithanya. Then mam started asking question:

??Why you people took BBA?

Students answered according to their opinion.

Around 10:30AM miss.Chaithanya explained us about Teamwork. She said Teamwork is equal to mass bunk . At around 11:00AM miss.Chaithanya made us to do a activity 1

?ACTIVITY 1:

In activity 1 we has to write the good and bad quality of your friend sitting beside you. After compilation of writing she collected all the papers and then she started explaining us’.

what is interpersonal skill?

There are 5 main points under inter personal skills:

?Appearance

?Verbal and Non verbal communication

?Likes and Dis-likes

?Hobbies

? Financial status

Them mam had asked the question: What students had thought about her when she entered into the class initially? The students have answered according to their perspective.

After this we had a small break from 11:50am to 12:00 noon .

After the small break she started reading our activity 1 papers. We had a fun during this activity.

?With the compilation of tis activity we had got to know about openess to feedback.

We had a lunch break from 12:40pm to 1:40pm

?AFTERNOON SESSION:

Around 2:00pm everyone settled down in classroom.

We had a theoretical explanation on TEAMEORK. There are 5 components in teamwork:

?Time management

?Communication

?Persuasive skill

?Leadership

?Inerpersonal skill

?ACTIVITY 2:

Miss. Chaithaya divided the class into 4 groups and gave some newspapers. To make a costume with that papers and the time limit is only 45min. All the students are enthusiastically engaged in their respective team with the activity.

Every team had finished the task on time. The models had done a ramp walk with the costume designed by there teams. Finally we had taken some clicks with the models and with miss. Chaithanya.

?By this activity we got to know How does teamwork goes practically.

CONCLUSION:

?By the end of the session we had a practical experience about teamwork and interpersonal skills. In teamwork we learnt to build unity and to support each other by motivating each other.
