Team Building Activity

The club provides a platform for HR enthusiasts to meet, network, share, learn, and implement the best practices, trends, and knowledge.

Team building creates stronger bonds among the members of a group. The individual members respect each other and their differences and share common goals and expectations.

Team building can also involve structured activities and exercises led by team members. Or, with the proper budget and goals, managers can contract out for . External facilitation by an experienced person can give your team building a boost.

The 1st round of team building was started by inviting the program coordinators prof. Roopashree mam and prof. Vasudev sir. One of the Students gave brief introduction about HR club and Team building activity.

Prof. Roopashree mam and prof. Vasudev sir conveyed the importance of HR club in their speech.After this, the first round of team building started. The round named “build and destroy”.

One of the member of HR club explained the Rules & regulations of the 1st round, to make this more clear to the participants the office bearers demonstrated the activity.

Total 70 teams was participated in this 1st round. 14 rounds was conducted with the 5 team each.

In each round top 2 teams was selected for the next round.

The game was very simple all the participants are provided with paper glass, rubber band and paper shots.One of the member in a team should build the pyramid using paper glass and the other one should destroy the pyramid using rubber band and paper shots.

From the 14 rounds 28 teams was selected for the next round. Each and everyone enjoyed the activity, even faculty members also took part in this activity for a fun. At last we took a group photo with the participants and faculty members.
