Women achievers conclave -Women in Business, Profession and Society,the first of its kind, was conducted by the prestigious Dayananda Sagar Business Academy, Kanakapura Road, Bangalore, on the 8th and 9th of December 2023.

The event began with a star-struck inauguration on 8th December at 10.30 am by the Chief Guest Ms. Sreedevi Raghavan, Founder of Tattvamassi Coaching & Consultancy Private Limited, India’s most favoured coaching organization whose goal is to bring about a measurable increase in productivity and empower lives and businesses, the Guest of Honour Ms. Natasha H.Sagar, Joint Secretary of Dayananda Sagar Institutions, and Dr.Veena KN, Principal, DSBA, and Invited women achievers who graced this beautiful occasion.

On the first day, women leaders from diverse industries and backgrounds convened to tackle the most pressing issues affecting modern women. The event proved to be a remarkable success, providing an impeccable platform for women to celebrate the strides they have made and explore ways to increase their representation in the business, profession, and society.

The grandeur of the conclave continued on 9th December with a mini-inaugural. Invited guest speakers unveiled the first-ever newsletter Vitta Lekhana, by Vitta Vichar- the Finance Club, and received huge appreciation from the guests and participants.

The second half of the day witnessed paper presentation. Research papers were presented in two tracks simultaneously by participants from different parts of Karnataka covering topics ranging from women entrepreneurship, Policy support for women to women in arts and literature. This event provided a platform for the exchange of knowledge and information.

Overall the Women Achievers Conclave was a magnificent event that raised the bar in the academic arena. The spectators were fortunate to experience Myriad emotions, learning, self-reflection, mindfulness, inspiring stories, and motivation from such extraordinary women.
