In an effort to promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being among the students, DSBA organized a yoga training and practice session. The session was conducted by Mr. Nanda Kumar, a certified yoga expert with extensive experience in teaching yoga to students. The yoga training and practice session covered various aspects of yoga such as
- Basic yoga postures (asanas) and breathing techniques (pranayama)
- Yoga philosophy and its application in daily life
- Stress management and relaxation techniques
- Importance of yoga for physical and mental health
