Disha Bharat – “Champions of Change: Swami Vivekananda’s Legacy” Outreach Program

 The Department of MBA, Dayananda Sagar Business Academy (DSBA) organized the outreach initiative “Disha Bharat – Champions of Change: Swami Vivekananda’s Legacy” from 29 January to 05 February 2026. The program was conducted by MBA 1st Semester students across several government schools, including Agara Government School, Chundanahalli Government High School, Santekatte Government School, Kaggalipura Maulana Abul Kalam Azad Urdu School, Gulakamale Government School, and Kaggalahalli Government School.

Inspired by the teachings and vision of Swami Vivekananda, the initiative aimed to encourage young students to recognize their inner potential and develop a strong sense of purpose and responsibility. Through interactive sessions, motivational talks, and engaging activities, the MBA students guided school participants to move beyond their comfort zones, build resilience, and cultivate a positive mindset toward learning and personal growth.

The program also emphasized the importance of self-belief, goal setting, and character building. Students were encouraged to identify their strengths, explore their aspirations, and understand how discipline and dedication can help them achieve their dreams.

The initiative concluded on a highly inspiring note, with school students expressing enthusiasm and renewed confidence. The program successfully fostered motivation among participants to become responsible individuals and future leaders committed to creating a positive impact in society.

Through such community engagement initiatives, DSBA continues to promote experiential learning and social responsibility, enabling MBA students to apply leadership and communication skills while contributing meaningfully to society.
