Chaitra N S Murthy is an accomplished academic and scholar in the field of English literature, with a remarkable record of achievement. She completed her Master’s in English with first Rank for the University, earning 3 Gold Medals. Currently, she is pursuing her Ph.D. from Kuvempu University, where her research is on the title Perception and Reception of Brahmin Culture: A Study of Select South Indian Women Writings. In addition to this she is graduated with 2nd Rank in undergraduate studies and was the highest scorer in Optional English at the university level. She brings over 6 + years of teaching experience as an Assistant Professor working at various institutions like Davangere University for Post Graduate Studies, Indo Asian Academy for Foreign Nationals and Surana College Autonomous, wherein she has mentored students in research ,publications, academic presentations, and guided them to succeed in national and international forums. Currently she is working as Assistant Professor Department of English in Dayananda Sagar Business Academy,

she has contributed extensively to the academic community as a Resource Person for numerous webinars, workshops, and conferences and has served as a judge for academic and music competitions. She is honored to serve as the International Editor for the review bestseller book, “An Extraordinary Aftermath: An Untold Story of an African Child” (2018), a widely recognized work that sheds light on important social issues. With over 10 published research papers in renowned national and international journals, she has made significant contributions to the field of English language and literature.

She is a Member of the Board of Studies at Bangalore University, where she contributes to the development of the English Literature curriculum for undergraduate courses. Additionally, she served as a Paper Setter, Board of Examination for Optional English ensuring academic rigor in assessments. Outside of academia, she is a passionate vocalist and theatre artist, regularly engaging in artistic pursuits. She plays a key role in bridging the gap between education and employability, helping students prepare for various professional fields with better communication skills.
