NCC Cadets Undertake Blogging Activity

The government announced Aatma Nirbhar Bharat Abhiyan to resuscitate every aspect of the economy and make India self- reliant to sustain and negate the effects of the pandemic on nations economy in the future. In this regard the youth of the nation contribute towards nation building by creating awareness about the campaign.

NCC conducted the Aatma Nirbhar Bharat Abhiyan campaign from 1^st August to 15^th August 2020.

Since cadets could not carry out the campaign physically, they were directed to use medium such as social media tools like Whatsapp/Facebook/Instagram/Twitter etc to create awareness.

Other than the activity of the online national pledge taking ceremony, the second activity planned was -the cadets could write a Blog or make a Vlog.

Following the guidelines stated by Col Varun Luthra, Commanding Officer-2 Karnataka Battalion, two cadets from DSBA namely Sgt Pooja V Jain and Sgt Chirag Shetty K took to writing Blog posts on 13^th Aug/14^th Aug 2020.

It’s incredible that the blog written by Sgt Chirag Shetty K is one of the top blogs at the DG NCC level!!
