They defined two patterns of mind that is an unstructured pattern where the mind goes to the autopilot mode and stays in an entertainment mode and a structures pattern where the mind has control over what they thinking and is in learning mode. In order to cultivate structured mindset students must develop the basic 3R that is Realize, Replace and Reinforce.
The most predominant issue with the youngsters can be solved by bridging the gap between knowledge and action.Hence it is significant to develop some mind management techniques that is a physical method(yogasanas), mental methods (affirmations and self-talks) and spiritual method (mantra yoga).
