EXPERT SESSION ON FINANCIAL FREEDOM
Finance Club of Dayananda Sagar Business Academy had organized an expert session on Financial Freedom for the classes final year BBA and BCOM students on 31st July 2021. The webinar was conducted on Zoom platform from 10:30 am to 12: 00 pm
Prof . HEMAVATHI S the Coordinator of Finance Club , DSBA begun the Webinar by welcoming the gathering and introducing the Resource person of the day Dr. Maria Pramila , Founder , Wealth2life , Financial Freedom Coach .
Dr. Maria happens to have more than 13 years of experience in handling financial matters and has started a company Wealth2life in the year 2020 and has helped more than 250 families in decision taking on financial matters and improving their outlooks and Standard of lives
Dr. Maria begun the orientation by giving introduction to Finance and Financial goals and explained financial goal setting in detail . She started asking questions about saves and investors and also explained the steps in financial planning of an individual .
The resource person also spoke about different investment plans and financial planning aspects and how to make use of Insurance for securing betterment of life , she also provided information about Financial stages and explained various stages in financial pyramid which includes Freedom , Service , Affluent and Stable.
The session also highlighted the important aspects of Financial goal setting, financial stages , financial planning, and also it focused on investment strategies, Debt management and effective tax planning. The session was very informative with valuable inputs useful for both the students as well as the faculties
The resource person concluded the session by quoting Most people donot plan to fail, they fail to plan .
