Center for Innovation and Leadership department of training and placement of Dayananda Sagar Business Academy had organized a seminar.

The seminar was held on Wednesday 10th November 2021.The session started at 9:30AM and ended at 4:30PM. The speaker Prof Seroja Manoj has more than 15 years of experience in training is and has an abundance knowledge regarding leadership and personal effectiveness.

The session began with making teams and finding out the strengths of the team members, followed by a presentation on SWOT Analysis and Personal Goal Setting.

She then gave us few examples so that we understand easier and it’s more effective on us.

She also guided us on how we can get certified courses which lasts for a minimum of 4 hours and may extend for 30+ hours based on which course we choose and the benefits of achieving these certificates can enhance our CV/resume.

Then she questioned the students regarding how one sets their goals and what are the benefits they find in it ,after which she continued by adding that what all kinds of goal the young generation needs to have in their life. She carried the session in an interactive manner by asking a lot of questions to students for which the students too were actively taking part. These questions helped the students to put forth there different opinions reading to the subject matter.

She then proceeded by assigning each team with a meaningful video and asked the teams to enact what they understood from the video and what values they learnt from it.

At the end of the day the all the students got to know their classmates and even learnt life values.
