The details of the event are as follows:

 

CIL programming was organized by DAYANAND SAGAR BUSINESS ACADEMY 19th MAY 2022. The course was attended by BCOM  and BCA students . The speaker of the webinar was– Mr. Arif Pasha. The sessions were conducted for one day from 9:30 AM  -. 4:30 PM .

CIL recognizes the challenge and helps us to face the challenge, CIL is armed with eminent Academicians, Coaches, Mentors and Thinkers with hands on experience in the corporate world to design high quality training modules. The primary aim of all the training modules would be to allow individuals to take control of their lives by re-discovering their potential. And the activities were held by them were more supportive and also helps in attitude and behavior, and how it influences an individual's interaction with others.

          

In today's dynamic environment, one need to have good credentials with the realization those academics is just one part.There is a growing need to learn various Soft Skills, which form an integral part of one's overall personality to improve one's own effectiveness. 

We learnt the following in this event:

• They thought us how to face our interviews and how to speak Infront of our interviewers.
• They boosted our confidence level.
• They improved our communication skills.
• They improved our speaking skills.
• At last, The speaker gave the send off speech to everyone

 CIL program has helped us to improve in our soft skills, I would like to conclude it by saying I had an amazing day with more motivation, thank you so much DSBA for this opportunity.
