On 29th June 2022, the Department of BCA, Dayanand Sagar Business Academy organised the Freshers Day program for the first-year students of BCA. The event embarked at 1:30 pm and was coordinated by the BCA department staff and students. The event was addressed by the final year BCA students under the guidance of Prof Vasudev Rao.
On the occasion, the principal of the college, Dr. Veena K N gathered to embrace the event of welcoming the new batch of 2021-2024. The event began with a message from the principal as she reminisced her golden days as a student. Followed by the department head Dr. Solomon Jebaraj given some words of wisdom to the first year BCA students. An array of dance and a song was performed by the students and some activities were also organized for the freshers, they participated in groups. The ramp walk had a part in elegance by the students.
Events conducted are:

2) Riddle
3) Pick and act
4) Minute challenge
5) Best Instagram reels
The conclusion for the day, based on the active participation in all the events by the freshers best four students were selected. Later the lecturers and Principal asked them few a question the fortunate ones were awarded as Mr. Fresher and Miss. Fresher.
