Introduction

Every Saturdays are meant to be learning something out of the box, out of the syllabus. The people who achieved or successful in the society are invited to share their knowledge, experiences, hurdles they faced, easy ways to go on with the things, motivation and many other things.

On 16th July 2022, Ms.Nishita was invited to share their creative thinking, knowledge and experiences with us. Ms.Nishta was a cofounder of Nexus Power limited, India. They founded these purposeful engines throughout the biodegradable wastes. It went on like a personal interview conversation between the person and Nishita ma’am.

Innovation

Opportunities are everywhere, we need to identify it. As the twin sisters identified that the waste management was the major problem. They identified the flaw of electric vehicles where the battery wondered stay longer, hence for that loophole they made batteries out of crop residue.

Marketing strategies

Next the questioning went on, she shared their marketing strategies or the problems faced. Since they were new to market the initial marketing was not done on a big scale. The start up’s usually facing a problem of low budget and the investments needed in terms of marketing.

Further ma’am speaker about the market testing, market trials, the reliability and reach ability towards customer, which was actually difficult task. It also provided the farmers an additional source of income where they can earn their living by selling the crop residue.

Associations or partners

For the start-up that popularised its idea, by recognising their work government of India granted 4 lakhs, for the development program.

Conclusion

I conclude the report by saying that, the webinar throughout was very learnable and knowledgeable. From online I hope offline could be more vulnerable. The conversation did not go out the topic. The answers given was very opt and decent. I learned that advancement in terms of technology or in terms of society is never a barrier. There is so much to learn and find various areas of opportunities which need to develop or which need to be solved. Hence thank you Nishita mam for sparing your time for us.
