ENTREPRENEURSHIP CLUB

On 28th and 29th of July on the account of Sagara Taranga 2k22 Entrepreneur club conducted events to bring out the talents of young entrepreneurs. The events was hosted by M.Poushyami student of BBA 2nd year.

The rules and guidelines of each event were specified to all the respective participants.

Both the events were carried for 2 days.

Day-1

Event opened with the welcome speech to the participants and dignitaries. The rules and regulations were explained and specified to them.

Vyaapaara Taranga participants were provided with stalls. Participants came up with their business ideas and started selling the products.

The teams were asked to come prepared to present their business strategies, feedback, profit of the business and their investment on the next day with assisting ppt.

Uddyamamithra:

The teams of this event were called one by one and asked to pick a rolled paper (containing a product that the teams have to develop or make its advanced version) from pick bowl.

Round-1

Each team was given with 15 minutes, asked to develop the product into its advanced version and present it in 15 mins with the help of PPT in period of 7minutes presentation and 3 mins questionnaire by judges.

Marks were noted by the judges according to their development and presentation.

Round-2

Teams were then asked to prepare the Business model canvas for their product in given 45 minutes in the provided KG cardboard sheet.

Submitted to the respective coordinators.

The participants of uddyamamitra were informed to come the next day with the prototype (if any) and elucidative ppt supporting their business model.

DAY-2

Event opened with the welcome back speech to the participants and welcome speech to the judges and other dignitaries.

Event started with uddyamamitra and participants of the same started their presentations elucidating their business idea assisted with PPT. Each team was given 15+5 mins for their presentation and 5 mins for question-and-answer session for the judges.

Marks were noted based on their idea and development.

Vyaapaarataranga teams were given 5 mins each for presentation and 5 mins each for question and answer.

Taking the event forward host asked the participants and judges to share their feedback on the events.

Judges were rewarded with mementoes for their valuable judgement and time.

Moving further, Vote of thanks was carried by host of the event and closed the event.

Winners and runners were awarded with prize money and prize on the main stage.
