On 28/07/2022 and 29/07/2022, a colorful and memorable Sagara Taranga Fest was organized in our DSBA Campus-2. This event happened whole two days and had great success for Sagara Taranga 2k22.
Kaushalya Taranga (Beg Borrow Steal) had 30 Teams Participating and Manava Taranga(Next Generation Manager) had 15 members participating from different colleges
As the name states, “kaushalya” means “finess” (skills).
The welcome speech was given by Ms. Chavi 1st semester BBA. The grand show commenced with the various teams from different colleges. The participants in the events played very enthusiastically. Everyone ended up having the best of the times by playing the event.
The participants were asked to get together in a team of 3 members. Hr team communicated the rules and other information at regular intervals to create a tempo among the participants. As soon as the announcement was made that the game will begin within a few minutes they were eager to play. Each team was given a list of items. They were so excited and started rushing to beg, borrow and steal the things which were listed.
Exciting list:-
Mop, ID card, Helmet, Specs, goggles, chalk piece, booklet, watch, pink color socks, picture with the yellow T-shirt person, scrunchy, and many more.
There was mixed with excitement as few were exchanging favors, some were borrowing and many were stealing things. All wanted to collect as many items as they can in the least time to win the game. As the rewards, exciting to get the certificate and mementos to Winner and Runner.
The humorous part of the game was the same as the people who forgot from whom they begged, borrowed, or stole the material after the game.
Finally, the game wrapped with 1 winning team and the runner team which claimed to collect more than 30 items.
This one more fun day was captured in memories of Sagara Taranga 2k22 by HR Event.
MANAVA TARANGA:-
I think it will be a much more meaningful relationship going forward. If we think about where we were before the pandemic, companies were focused on perks and trying to outdo each other with these iconic corporate headquarters.
There were 15 members of the next-generation manager. Which were individual activities conditioned to all the participants.
