SAGARA TARANGA 2022

“SAGARA TARANGA 2022” the most awaited and majestic STATE LEVEL INTER -COLLEGIATE FEST conducted on 28th and 29th of July 2022 at Dayanand Sagar Business Academy.

With a plethora of events regarding academic, sports and the cultural were organized and it consisted around 36 events in each of the categories. One could complete and showcase their talents and sportsmanship and bag attractive cash prizes along with trophy and certificates.

The Sports Event conducted was:

Gully Cricket - Boys

Badminton Doubles - Girls and Boys

The Faculty co-ordinators were: Prof.Lakshmi kantha, Prof.Prakash and Prof. Mahalinga prabhu

The student Co-ordinators were:

Gully Cricket -Darshan K and Manoj

Badminton -Tharun and Hemasundhar

The event was inaugurated in a traditional and ceremonial manner after which all the events started at their designated areas. There were online registrations till the date 26th July and the coordinators held all the process from providing information, registration, collection of payments, and took care of all the aspects involved in the event from the beginning till the end .On spot registration were available to the students. The Sports Event attracted a huge crowd of participants from all across and it also had the highest number of registration.

The events very breathtaking as there were crucial matches to take place with the semifinal and the finals lined up for all the spectators on the day .The match started around 10:00 AM and ended around 4:00 PM. Although the cup final match Badminton Men Doubles - Global college vs. DSATM at 4.15 PM ,Women Doubles - DSU vs. DSATM at 3.30 PM and the Cricket Final match DSBA vs. Surana college at 4.00 PM . Those matches were splendid and definitely treat for the eyes of all the spectators. Then finally it all ended bearing winning teams of each event. The participants were provided with the certificate whereas the winners and runners-up were awarded with cash and momentous on the main stage.

This Sports Event under the “SAGARA TARANGA 2022” was a great success after a lot of hard work and team efforts put together by all the students and Faculties of Dayanand Sagar Business Academy to make this a grandeur event.
