Orientation on Finance, Acounting and Taxation Specialization

The orientation program for electing the specialisation in either Accountancy & Taxation Or Finance, started with a brief introduction about Prof. Surekha, an associate professor from Christ University who’s also well-known for her research works. Later prof. Surekha gave us a briefing of various options available after completion of Bcom course. She stated the vast scope of the program and also the future options which students can opt for Higher studies, Professional courses, Entrepreneurship and Time out. She also gave us an idea as to how choosing the right specialisation might help an individual to build his career in the correct path and other related benefits. To conclude, it was an interactive session where most of the students got clarity on which option of specialisation to choose for.
